Hello Guys
I need help with the treatment of chronic rhino-sinusitis. I have tried anti-histamines, surgery, decongestant spray, immunotherapy, steroids spray.. I need natural treatments solutions please. I have a headache, facial pain and feel congested . I now need to take anti-depressant which doesn’t seem to help so much. Decongestant spray seems helpful , but can’t use it for long time . I am time poor and lives overseas. I used to see lots of add around the Pokhara and Kathmandu for sinus treatment. If you guys found a good place that may help , please share it with me. I will be very thankful from bottom of my heart.

Mero ni sinusitis 1 year samma clear navaye paxi doctor le 2 mahina paxi surgery ko date deko thiyo. Bich ma ayurvedic medicine use gare (sadavindu tel, etc.). Surgery ko date ma CT scan garda sinus clear thiyo.
