In my intuition, even if they had sex in agreement and with some disagreement she accused him of rape because it is win and win situation for women in most of the countries. First understand the depth of the issue. He may had broken her trust and his vow of further relationship that can be totally unacceptable but my friend, blaming of rape is far more evil. Many innocents are in Jail due to such types of girls. I’m not sure about this sandeep lamichanne case. Is he found guilty or he’s accused? If he’s accused then he has every right to live freely. Anyone can accuse anyone about anything, that doesn’t mean they’ve committed it.
