Im currently a masters student in KU(school of management)in the last semester (4th).So our 4th semester was supposed to start from August but got postponed to September.
After joining the new sem i paid the fees for the 4th sem but got to know because the fees was due august i have incurred a penalty. Meanwhile when the installment was due i was still doing my 3rd semester examinations.
So can the college charge me for late fees(legally) even if i hadn’t joined the semester?
