As in one interview neetesh Jung kunwar said that ” you shouldn’t keep high expectations” . Keeping high expectations makes you unhappy when they aren’t achieved.
I myself used to have very expectations with my life until my college days but seeing myself now at this stage I think I will be unhappy for the rest of my life if I keep expecting them to be fulfilled. So i keep reminding myself to have minmal expectations and move on and enjoy each moment that is valuable and live in present
