Himalyan Jet looks sus

They were supposed to start flights in September and it’s October now; however, there is still no confirmation on when they will have their first flight. Checking some company info, their Confirmation statement is overdue in September and it’s October now. I didn’t know what that meant, so a quick Google search says “The confirmation statement must always be filed however, even if this is overdue, as **failure to file the confirmation statement is a criminal offence”** The company founder Dipendra Gurung’s background is already very shady, and his new business has already committed a criminal offence before even starting the business! What do you guys think of this Himalayan Jet?

Now comes the Himalaya jet, whose domain himalayajet.com himalayajet.co.uk expiry date is 2023-11-16 and is hosted in a Nepali hosting company called Dokohost. Himalayan Jet claims to have a contract with Infosys for the technical part of things, and these things look really suspicious.

I was curious and was looking for something more.
There is a YouTuber guy named iamsega who promotes/advertises Himalayan Jet. Recently, Birendra gurung posted; about Miss World America 2023 saying proud to have Nepali jugdes in it and guess what? Iamsega and Deepa gurung (wife) are judges😱. They even claim to be judges in a recent Instagram post. But I don’t see them mentioned as judges anywhere, even in the live final shown on YouTube 🧐🧐 (I haven’t checked the whole video, if you find it them somewhere in video please let me know)
