I am unable to go to the place where as a child i had a tauramtic childhood. Anything related with my childhood, which has harsh and traumatic memories I am unable to go and Even think about clearly without feeling scared, anxious and panicky. I feel extreme rage still thinking about those people who did wrong to me when I was 12/14 years old ani intense fear too.

If it brings up those traumatic feelings in you, then do not go there. If you have no choice, then try to spend as little time as possible there.
Therapy helped me get acceptance.
Ofcourse it didn’t solve everything but it helped with reducing the amount of triggers I had.
