Sharabha, a new upcoming death metal act, very promising, saw them at Killmandu Deathfest, they were the opening band but still they stole the show.
Vhusiyaa, again a new upcoming grindcore band.
These two bands that I mentioned above don’t have albums released yet, but you can check out their videos from recent live shows on YouTube.
Krur, death metal act based in Kathmandu with an album released, is pretty intense, gone through several lineup changes but are going strong.
Corpse Sick, brutal death metal band that recently made a comeback after few years of hiatus.

Maranatha, Grindcore
Disorder, Grindcore
All above bands are still active and playing hard.
