So one guy has 2 rabid dogs, no leash or anything, just roams the streets and very agressive towards humans and other dogs. When told to keep control of his dogs, he instead attacked me verbally, almost lost my cool that day. But this asshole hasn’t learnt anything, still let’s the dogs roam freely and the dogs being dogs attack other dogs and almost caused accidents too. If I do anything he plays the victim. If you mind your own business the dogs will come chase you. Motorcycle? Run. Topi? Run. Mask? Run. Bag? Run. These dogs have been agressive to my family members and many more. So I’m asking what can be done instead of getting bitten first and then beating the fuck out of that asshole?

Try to talk to the guy and get others to talk to him as well. If that does not work, or if he acts aggressively, reach out to the police or threaten to reach out to the police.
The dogs likely are not rabid, though. Just poorly trained living under a shitty owner.

Jokes apart this is a general problem it takes the shit out of me when when Dogs get aggresive , try speaking to him again and if he responds the same way just tell him then I feel I’ll have to get authorities invovled and leave he should then not do that , if he still doesn’t change bring in authoriteis (wada memebers , police etc )
