I get it once in few weeks. Tanab vako bela chai audaina but normally kei gareko bela auxa 10 second garo parxa ani gaihalxa
My hands get sweaty even if AC is on, heartbeat feels like my heart is about to leap out of my body (arrhytmia), i go numb and sometimes just black out.
To cope I try not to overthink, started going for walk. But still i do have episodes sometimes; i just find a place to sit and take few deep breath. If at home i lie down, take few breath and later splash cold ice water on my face, it cools me down.

For the longest time, I didn’t understand my attacks were indeed panic attacks; but now that I recognise them, I try to monitor what are the main sources of my attacks.
For me its the build up of stress and anger, so I normally try to remove myself from that situation, calm down by doing something else before reasoning out why that attack happened.
But when they have already started, I try to either sit down or lay flat sideways and breathe.
In addition to just keeping track of stresors, I try to exercise often and sleep on time, because I have noticed both of these things, make attacks come around less often.
Finally I allow myself to accept that these attacks will sometimes still happen, but that I can manage them and live a normal life. It is less about removing it completely, but understand it is just a part of you.
