Is there any chance I can sue an online store for not delivering the products on time? I ordered a jacket 3 months ago and as their app required to pay before checking out I paid the amount as well.
It’s been three fucking months, neither do they reply to messages properly nor do they deliver the products on time.
I asked if they can’t deliver the on time could they refund me my money. No luck here as well. They just seem to ignore the messages but keep on posting reels and stories on their social media platform.
Is there any legal procedure to take actions? Or any other suggestions could be helpful.

The question is are they registered? If not you can only blame yourself .I always check it so i am never scammed .I think you can complain to police ,dont know whether it would be fruitfull or not .Regardless it will be a lesson for your future endeavors .
