I’m 17yo, will turn 18 after around 8 months or so. Tbh I don’t know what my height is but it should be 5’5 or 5’6 something. I’m not satisfied with it tbh.
Is there anyway to increase height? Vitamin capsules, magnesium, and all(I was planning to buy these after a couple of months but not sure)? I do some jogging and pull ups that’s all in the terms of exercise.

I actually remember we had to sit height-bise in our school at class 3 when I was also prolly the youngest guy in class and I used to be at 3rd because of my short height , at class 4 first day after the chait-baishak vacation we were rehearsing line and I remember going and taking my usual 2nd, 3rd place and guess what I was taller than the guy behind me and my class teacher moved me behind this guy, than another guy , then another that was the moment as I was been taken behind I realized I had grown tall ,then there was no stopping until I reached at the end of the line from class 6 and stayed there since then. Now I am 18 and 6ft 1 inch but there still are guys taller than me who make me feel I am not tall at all but I think it is a decent height and yes I am quite satisfactory with my height.

5:5.5 age 26, budo huda ta ghatera 5 nai hunchha hola😂😂. Tbh 5, 6 years back samma i didnt know how much emphasis people give to height. It got its perks. Im probably on the average lower end, but i used to be good at education so really posed no impact, people talk nice. Im good
height ta theoretically ta 23 samma ni badcha kyare (kta haru) tara practically Nepal ma most reach their max 19 samma.
Also don’t stress too much on height its worthless to do so, there is nothing you can do about it other than a risky knee surgery which might not be worth it just embrace your height.
