I’ve been working in Dubai since 2yrs ago.For the first year and half I worked 12hrs every week with less salary just to feed me and my family back in Nepal.Finally I got a nice job but now they are saying I need to leave the job which will be coming 30th November.Now I don’t have any option then returning back to Nepal.I don’t have enough savings and you people know how hard it is to live in Kathmandu.I will be back to Nepal this December.I came out of depression 2yrs back before coming here but now again I’m starting to have depressive disorder.Any help I can get?

you dont have to live in kathmandu. i recommend cities like hetauda or chitwan or biratnagar or gaighat etc. you need good medical care, schools(if kids). if you have VERY little savings, use that to get a training that you can use to make some money. if you have a little more savings, you could open a business for yourself. you’ve collected experiences AND IMPORTANT LESSON: kunai kaam sanu hudaina. good luck bro, whatever you do; wherever you do.. but personally, I REALLY HOPE YOU COME BACK TO NEPAL AND BE SUCCESSFUL HERE.
