22M here. I don’t know what to say. I feel like someone in my mind is giving me a hint that I will die this week. It’s been 2–3 days at night. I feel so disturbed. I always hear something at night in my mind and don’t know what to say. Please tell me what I should do.

It’s probable that ur just being paranoid, I had a similar feeling last Monday lol and I’m alive. Don’t worry about it, u worrying will just lead to more accidents. Another case is u have schizophrenia. I don’t think it’s that likely to happen without any causes so ur prob just affected by too much movies
