I’m currently in grade 10, my school has asked for result of grade 8 and 9th for a form. My date of birth is correct in everything but the grade 9th result. Is it fine or should I be worried? How can I proceed from here?

कक्षा ९ को समष्टिगत फम भर्दा जन्म मिति या spelling केही गल्ति छ भने त्यसले असर पर्छ। किन कि ९ को समष्टिगत फर्मको आधारमा १० कक्षाको रजिष्ट्रेशन आउने हो। तर पनि विद्यालय प्रमुखलाई जानकारी गराउँदा हुन्छ परिवर्तन गर्न सकिन्छ, यदि गल्ति छ भने ।
