My family has been considering applying for a home loan from a bank. However, the bank has informed us that it may not be feasible because our property falls under the jurisdiction of Pashupati Guthi. I’m not familiar with this situation, and I’m wondering if anyone has any information on whether it’s still possible to secure a bank loan for a property under the control of a guthi ?

Example : you own 5 aana under guthi . Reality ma chai its 3 aana yours , 2 aana guthi ko ( again ratio is similar to this exact chai birse tara guthi doesn’t own more than 40% ). So bank will provide loan to only those 3 aana .
