Can anyone suggest me affordable therapist around Kathmandu? I am going through some troubles and maybe I should give therapy a try. But turned out its so damn expensive. And anyone who have gone through therapy, is it helpful?

Meditation is also as effective as therapy in many cases. If you can’t afford therapy, try meditation
Try Vipassana. I’m sure it will help plus doesn’t cost anything, you can donate as you like after your session.
