Hi, I am looking for someone who’s a good psychiatrist in Pokhara. Feri I’m scared ki I will be misdiagnosed and arkai medicine chalauchu so I’m looking for a best one in Pokhara. I have been suspecting myself for having ADHD Ani I want to be sure that I have it or not because it has been bugging my mind for a whole year right now. The symptoms match perfectly and my mental health has been affecting my life so badly, I was trying to be a hero afai heal hunchu bhanera but the traces of my trauma are making things worse than I thought. So I need to see a doctor. Parents are not understanding for me, maile bhanda ni natak gareki, kei bhachaina is all I get even though I told them so nicely and educate them so please some recommendations on pyschiatrist on Pokhara. And please nepali young people, afno mental health Lai ekdam khyal ma rakhnu.
I would never recommend self diagnosis but if you feel like then you can surely visit a psychiatrist. Tbh majority of the doctors in pokhara are soo rude for nothing and literal as*holes. The only decent doctor I found in pkr after visiting every single psychiatrist few years back was Dr Nirmal Lamichhane. He has his own hospital name BG HOSPITAL and it’s located at ranipauwa and also does check ups in model/fishtail hospital. I’d recommend visiting him at BG hospital for the best diagnosis. Also you’d need to prebook your tickets and call the hospital to know about new patients check in so that u can plan accordingly. I am by no means promoting him or anything but he’s the one who got me right diagnosis abt 4years back. And he’s the only doc you should visit in pokhara coz other are rude af
