US Embassy Interview Waiver Letter Download

Hello Everyone,

I’m trying to find out how to download the interview waiver confirmation letter. When I filled out the form, a window appeared mentioning the interview waiver confirmation letter, but I couldn’t download it (I’m not sure why). Unfortunately, I accidentally closed the tab, and now I don’t know where to access the letter.

I’ve already completed all the required steps and paid the necessary fees. I have access to the DS-160, but I’m unsure about how to download the interview waiver confirmation letter.

I’ve also sent an email to the US Embassy in Kathmandu about this issue, but I haven’t received a response. I tried calling as well, but the person I spoke to didn’t provide clear instructions and attempted to end the call quickly without assisting me.

Could someone please help me figure out where I can download the interview waiver confirmation letter? Your guidance would be greatly appreciated.
