Can someone please explain why I have these white spots on my nails? When I was growing up, everyone told me “Nang ma Seto dag aayo vane naya kapda painxa. But, recently my friend told me that it results from zinc or calcium deficiency. Is this true? I have always had these white spots on my nails, and it’s not a problem that randomly occurs.

In serious note if you improve your diet and take care of your nails then it would go away. I used to have them, eat red meats and beans and dairy. Cut alcohol and frizzy drinks. It will be be gone.
