If there are no family members who are able to give liver to someone then what would should we do in that condition. Can we transplant if someone outside of family is willing to give their liver for money.

Yes, recently my father have gone through this procedure at max hospital New delhi. But doner was my mother and yes outside members will also be accepted if they are willing to donate.
