So i have been considering about switching to macOS and heard there are some issues regarding virtualization in ARM architecture including the issues with reverse engineering. So people who are familiar with mac environment, how are your experience so far and do you recommend MacBook for cybersecurity?

I am in cybersecurity and have been using M1 max since 2021. I have not faced any major issues till now. I can run ARM version of OS (ubuntu, windows, kali etc) in VMware fusion.
I do mostly web stuff and not much into reverse engineering though.
