Well being a ovo vegetarian, sticking to the principle of life sacrifices. I usually have some occasional fruits in breakfast or directly Dal Bhat tarkari. Then on lunch hours I have cheackpea or roti/ some curry with less masalas or dry Nutella(soya) sadheko or besan pasta. I try to avoid junk foods as less as possible typically refined wheat flour(maida) based like momo, noodles, samosas…. In dinner I have same Dal Bhat tarkari or roti tarkari(Gobi/broccoli/green soyabean).
I gave up on smoking (40 days quit), some health issues. Occasional drinking.
On weekends on lunch I have oats/fruit salads/omleets,etc.
I try to avoid canned and processed food. I don’t take sugar intakes like chocolates and chips.
As Socrates says “we eat to live not live to eat”. What healthy diets do you encounter as someone living in Nepal esp. Urban areas as vegetarian?

wow bro your diet sounds very clean, in terms of encountering healthy diets in urban areas yours look ideal.
Sound all good. I would add, checking the portion of each of the items in your meals. For example, in dal bhat tarkari, if you use app such as myfitnesspal to measure the quantity of dal bhat and tarkari individually, you’ll know if you lack any of the macro and micro nutrients.
Generally in Nepali meals, we eat a lot of rice and less tarkari and dal. Which leads to more carbs and less of other nutrients. Using myfitnesspal will give a general idea of this and you and rearrange the portions for optimal nutrient.
