I don’t think they teach ASL in Nepal. Nepal has Nepali sign language. Different organizations and institutions offer training classes.
Different materials are also available online. There is a YouTube channel that teaches NSL as well. https://youtube.com/@NepaliSignLanguage?si=xTPVGJFUK01f5p5g
You can also access materials at https://deafnepal.org.np/learning-resources/
If you want to study ASL, you might have to look for american websites that teach ASL. There are plenty.
