Investment dilemma

Investment dilemma

I have somewhere around 50-60 lakhs for investment but I am not having any good conversation on how and where to invest. I want to be in a circle where people genuinely talk about good opportunities and ideas.

  1. land is def safe investment. i really hope you opt to do something that will create some job opportunities. gym, cafe(cliche), boutiques or ask chatgpt for things you can do with that amount of money that’ll give you your money back FAST. and keep doing that. i know you might make it slower than you’d flipping lands, but you’d be feeding so many families along the way ++ in the long run, if you play your cards right, it might be better than properties

  2. Consider fixed deposit with an A-class bank (not sarkari that’s basically throwing it away despite offering a higher interest rate due to risk). With 60 lakhs you’ll have about 1 crore in 5 years at 10%. A safer option than most.

  3. I have also around 60-90 lakh and im 21 right now but im trying to create Ai app. So my investment will be there. Apart from this i suggest you to invest in stock market when nepse again comes around 1700-1800. Invest in development bank like jyoti bikash bank. You wont regret.

  4. Invest 70% in equity and 30% in debt
Aile perfect time xa stock market ma invest garni so buy fundamentally strong stocks and hold till next bull
And debt ma chai you can buy government bonds or debenture or Fixed deposit
I am doing the same i almost have same portfolio .

Real estate ma chai land already overpriced xa nepal ma aba dherai capital gain dina garho xa ktm ma kinnu sakyo vane ho but land bata cashflow aaudaina ra cashflow ko lagi you have to built house or building to rent out so tesko lagi dherai investment chainxa and investment anusar rent yield dherai hudaina

  5. Why not get 12% free interest in banks lmao thats the best, if not i would suggest investing in stock market, NEPSE is good, if u can open a brokerage account that allows international stock markets too, US is good, India and China IMO have more meat left
