im noticing people are dissing Indians here

I see Indian almost the same as Nepali. Not completely the same, but we share similar aspects. Holidays, traditions etc. So why are some of yall hating on Indian? Does not make sense to me?

  1. You may see Indians almost same as Nepali, most Nepalis don’t.

By your logic, British and Irish share holidays, traditions, religion, and look similar, why do they hate each other?

Germans and French share holidays, traditions and look like each other, why did they have a world war?

Identity can mean different things to different people. Nepali people like their independence, sovereignty, and cannot stand dominative attitude of a regional hegimon. Nothing wrong with it at all.

  2. Bro I’m loving in India since my childhood they call me names like chini and momo. They ask me are you Chinese even tho I’m tan and don’t have that much east Asian feature 😭 I also got bullied in my school years.
They are racist towards us and they don’t expect us to hate them lol what kinda math is this 😭 I’m so used to the bullying now if they ask me are you Chinese I just say yes.

  3. I, as a Nepali consume a lot of Indian content, be it on internet, TV or Theatres. My friends stan Indian cricketers. We love to eat Indian snacks.

So where is the problem? The main problem is Indians who think Nepal and Nepalis are below them. Also the government of India which bullies us and our government does nothing.

  4. F you India, why ?? Because India is like that aunti jaslai arubko Ghar mah dehrai chaos hunxa. Have you ever seen Indian media talk about Nepal? Take the incident about our match with India, most of them did not even watch us until our brother showed them our power.

If you are someone who was born after 50-60 sal, then ask your father those who worked in India ( in kothi, hotels and other industry ) how they treated them back then and still it is the same case.

And let’s not even talk about the India KO government.
Can you let nakabandi slide, Buddha slide, they even want our gods.

    That is why.
We are free but with golden handcuffs.
    So, f you India.

  5. Anti indian and anti American waves are strong in nepali politics. That’s the bread and butter of Nepali politicians to save their face from their incompetence and corruption.

Oh big bad India and america are exploiting us, they want to annex us, build military bases in our countries, they don’t let us prosper. otherwise we would be kangz in wakanda.

And the gullible nepali public eats it up.

  6. There’s no particular reason for hatred except for that economic blockade and border issues. I don’t think Indian people had control over it. So if you hate the government that makes sense.

But you can’t just build stereotypes about them just because they belong to a country,

Not every Nepali is nice , Not every Indian is bad . Please use your brain don’t act like irrational idiots.

  7. The social media presence of Indians is just Toxic.. Bullying and sexualizing any fair skinned girls, abusing childrens, asking nudes publicly. The indian media is toxic, too.

  8. Seeing how much ppl say about india and shit on it. In india i don’t think normal ppl even think about nepal. Many of my nepali friends ,ppl think are indian, yes jokingly some might call them watchmen or momo, they use the same words against them, pavwala,or etc etc.
And so many nepali ppl are working here in every field, and honestly except from 2 3 assholes, i don’t think anyone has a problem with that.

  9. We don’t hate their existence but some aspects like their behaviour during international travel. Almost all the time, they are unhygienic, smell and extremely rude.

But this does not apply to all.

End note to OP: Don’t generalise.

  10. They diss us so we diss them back…I dont see any problems here…And if u are so keen to dfend indians maybe go live in India..only takes a few hours in bus

  11. It is only in Nepal. Once you are abroad, having the same culture gives you a lot in common with Indian students, especially from north India, more so than Bangladesh or Pakistan students.

  12. Yeah i despise Indians more than anything else. Literally everything is similar like: languages, religion, some of us look the same as indians, most packed food is from india, and the immigrants Especially the “Madhise community” We all consume everything related to india
And i would say again nepal is nothing without India It’s like living off with someone who you don’t like and i would keep on hating Indians. They stink fucking assholes, i would literally die if all Indians will fucking disappear from the earth. I wanna say more but i don’t want to show my true colours
