I want to start focusing on my studies now

So im a 18y/o M ani i have completed my 12 and now yetro almost 6+ months ma i have given ku ko entrance and that didn’t work out cuz of my ignorance towards studying for entrance. Im one of those people who knows what he wants to do. I want to become an automobile engineer not only because of peer pressure or anything sanei dekhi i have had a huge love for cars but we’ll not go tyo part ma tetro deeply cuz I don’t want it to be too long for u guys. Ani ik the problems as well but atleast if i can take that 1 step towards studying today then ma bholi 2 steps or maybe after next week I’ll be encouraged to take the next step towards my goal. The problem with me is even though ik what and how i want my life to turn out im not working towards it. So i realized I’ll break down the process of me changing myself. Firstly i wanted to focus myself on one thing and one only. I swear im getting distracted easily by almost anything other than book out there. Padhira hunxu dimag le k sochera urges me to seaarch it and find the answer on yt. And then starts my downfall. So please share any ways you know how i can focus myself on one thing cuz ik ma ekchoti focused bhaye bhne chei padheko ni ghusx ani ramailo no lagdei janx.

  1. As far as my experiences as a law student go, I’d say 80% of studying is just getting your head down to study. Power off your phone, get your head down, and study, don’t give in. The rest 20% of studying is down to techniques, say certain memory techniques, maybe the Feynman Technique, etc.

You’ve got to make studying as enjoyable as you can, and the internet really helps.

And if you’re procrastinating, don’t beat yourself up for it. It’s a normal thing. It’s just sheer willpower, getting ones ass up from their couch or bed, and opening that damn book, or doing whatever you need to. Exercise helps, meditation helps, etc.

  2. Basera padna thala, suru suru ma bani parna garo hunxa but the experience is quite rewarding ani you will be able to focus

distract hune bitikai farkera padna thala, sano sano concept liga trignometry ko, maths ko, majja aaucha, ramro rank ma nikala, automobile pauchau
