Yo smoking xuttaunai ta garaihola but reduce garna xai k garne hola exactly like aba ma bahira ekxin niskiye vane ra if i have some money then khana man lagi halxa so yesko euta kei substitute kei xa like exact arko smoke vaneko haina like chewing gum or something that will divert my mind
So any smokers who left smoking a year ago
Any idea then please give me!!

  1. 23 here Was going through similer thing used to smoke 5 to 6 cigs in a day now m running 4 months clean . I tell myself not today just one more day just one more day . Its just one moreday without cig.❤️hope you quit too brother.

  2. I left more than 6 months but if any kind of problem arises i take cigg i just realised that to actually quit you have to quit the situation where you have to take cigarettes,. I am a non-smoker again but the same cycle repeats unless you change your environment you can’t actually change i guess.

  4. I used to smoke 9-10 on a normal day from the past 7 years. And exam time ma i used to smoke 14-15 a day. Hami 3 jana le ek din ma 2/3 ta batta churot sakinthyo.
    But exam sakkine bittikai i stopped smoking. Ghar gaye (not ktm) and didnt went out for the first 2/3 weeks. I quit cold turkey. Suru ko 3 hapta chai i dreamt about smoking. It was hard but it gets (kinda) easier. Aru le bhanejasto suru ko 3 din matra garho ho bhanne chai haina. Its a looooog war. It gets easier but it kinda never stops (i think).

    Hapta ko ek palta 2 ghanta ko lagi vetda malai teti garho bhayena. And aaile chai im at ktm and i hangout with my friends on a normal basis. I still like it. Ajhai pani my body asks for it sometimes but a man gotta control.

    My confidence is getting better. Health benefit ta khassai testo khayl bhayena buy i did for the confidence and im never going back again.
    And 2/3 mahina paxi body le nicotine sure magdaina but namage pani you’ll crave for a cigeratte sometimes. Pahile ko habit/mindset, sabaile. I think ki its a lifelong war. Aba mailei choddeko 4 mahina matra bhaxa, so im not an expert.

  6. dont vape, vapes are more addicting than cigs. currently going through that problem i can do fine without cigarettes as long as i have vape but cant go on when i only have cigarettes. i need the vape

    Me myself left smoking around 3 months ago and whenever i want to smoke and think i will smoke just one
    I always remember this quote. And chew happydent or eat chocolate.
