Being an engineer myself,you can hire a civil engineer or geomatics engineer but I’d suggest you write an application to Malpot office regarding the issue or you can hire a private person.
Malpot office will then send a official measurement officer to check the issues you’re having.
If you hire a private official, they’ll charge you anywhere between 1500-3000 depending upon the time and area of work. If a government official comes , no need to pay the charges but they’ll expect you to pay around 1000-1500.
