As a freelancer, I have used all three and Wise is the best but ma India ma baschu so no idea about nepal ma k best huncha. Definitely not paypal, their fees are much higher.
if you hold passport..
1.. apply for uk ltd that is under 100£.
2.. open wise business account
3.. receive payment on that wise
4.. remit back to Nepal
note| wise account opened with Nepali location cannot send money from wise to Nepal
I use Payoneer, teha bata direct bank account ma transfer garna milcha. Ali kati chei paisa katcha 2-3 dollars.
