Another technique could be asking two or more people to tie your hands and legs with ropes and ask them to pull the other end of the ropes in an opposite direction with full force?

  4. Hello I would recommend getting an x-ray of the knee area. Tell the doctor that you wanna know if my growth plates are closed or not or not (which probably has been closed as you’re 21 but who knows) You can easily spot it as there will be some gap or maybe search on Google to know what I’m referring to.

    If they are open do everything like sprinting 10-15 times a day. Take vitamin d, magnesium and stuffs.

  5. Take care of your body and be wise about it (‘alik thikka jyaan banau’). Search on YouTube for ‘How to look taller’ and consider wearing clothes that create an illusion of height. I am 5’8″, but some who are around 5’2″ dress so well that they appear to be the same height as me.

  6. Try doing exercises focusing on stretching your body. Badxa nai ta bhandina and its not like result dekhihalne tara it might help you ali kati with time. And ofc health wise ni u get good mobility with your body

  7. You ain’t got to be insecure about your height. I’m tall af (for a Nepali), but my life isn’t any better because of it. My advice for you would be to focus on becoming a better person. Try to be kind (kinder that you already are), go to the gym (if that helps), go out with friends (those who don’t care about your height).
