Don’t buy the black indian one on Daraz. I have got it for someone, and they gave it negative reviews from them about it. I use sonicare, but that’s the most expensive and their cheaper models aren’t great. Oral B is the other best US brand along with Sonicare. It seems you get what you pay for. But definitely don’t buy the indian brand on daraz that is Black and only like $30.
You don’t need an electric or magnetic or whatever toothbrushes are there in the market.
One simple purpose of a toothbrush is to “remove food bits from in-between your teeth”. A regular brush does it well.
A brush shouldn’t be used to whiten your teeth. It doesn’t. Excessive brushing removes enamel coating which supposed to protect your teeth.
You can buy dozens of regular brushes at the price of fancy electric one.

DON’T BUY IT!!! NEVER EVER!!
