Hey everyone i don’t think i will live or survive to next year . I have been dealing with depression anxiety and many mental problems. I don’t have a friends ,not in the good terms with family or relatives. Nobody understand me in my family. I got a elder brother who always blame me for everything like if you weren’t born ours parents wouldn’t go through everything you make them suffer etc. i am not the ace or bad kid that runs into problems i am just the normal kid . Every friend i trust betrayal me i don’t know what to do right now. Let’s hope for everyone happiness and peace in their life thank you

Hey, I know the feeling. Just hold on a little longer and you would be on a bright side. Think about leaving your home as soon as possible but live with a friend. Going abroad could be a better option for you. Never live alone if you have mental issues.
I also had psychological problems that I’ve overcome almost completely with a year of daily meditation. I recommend a meditation called Isha Kriya to start with.
I will tell you my most protected secret, i have not told anyone about it but i will tell you today next year and trust me you should, because i never forget. Its not a boring secret i guarantee So live on till then
Depression and anxiety are real. But what is more real is that they are not permanent. This too shall pass. You wont believe it now but anxiety and depression are not actually real, they are tricks that your mind is playing on you.
I have survived the worst of depression and anxiety disorder. May I suggest you start listening to the podcast the anxious truth from episode 1. It along with the book by claire weekes- hope and help for nerves, listening to ramdass and J krishnamurthi literally saved my life when I was almost at the verge of ending it.
I know how it feels to be alone, but life goes on. Maybe try to understand your family, i did too, and its much better rn, although there are few rough moments every now and then. But keeping my spirits high.
There maybe a few things you couldn’t share with them, but hey, i am all ears.
Hey brother, I have tried to commit suicide 2 times, I was angry and upset with everything happening, school was a hell, brother was another problem. Dad was fine but parents were separated. I can see what’s wrong going on with your situation and it’s not entirely you. You have been living in a lot of negativity, majority of Nepali families and relatives are toxic. You on the other hand have not got good role models around you and social environment around you is taking toll in your growing up mindset. Hang on and keep yourself motivated as there is a way of life and first you need to tune yourself up. Do some Vipassana as the other option is not available in Nepal. I did something similar and changed my perspective about life. If I can do it, you can do it too. I was called lato all my childhood because of my simple minded logic.
Step up and start removing toxic people away from your circle and if you have to, ignore anyone who you feel like, don’t talk and don’t respond. Your life is your choice.

i never know when my life will turn to complete shit, somethings i kinda can see it all crashing down all the worst things keep happening but i won’t let it drag me down.
Don’t give up believe there is light to every end of the tunnel. Love yourself you deserve it. Avoid toxic people and try your best to be positive.
Start writing journal but end of it write 5 things you are grateful of everyday 5 times.
It’s better if you make your life adventurous and interesting. Take a risk to migrate somewhere else where no one knows you and try to search for a new circle of friends and a new job!
Problem within family is very common. Not just you. So keep your live goes on.. living is beautiful

यो समस्या आफू भन्दा माथि दिदी दाई हुने हरुलाई कुनै न कुनै बेला कसै न कसरी गरी आएको हुन्छ । कसले सामान्य रूपमा लिग्छन र त्यही अन्त्य गर्दिन्छन् र कसैलाई गौण रूपमा लिग्छन्। सायद यहाँ पनि यस्तै केही भयो होला।

I think you should see a therapist and get help. It really works. My dms are always open if you wanna talk brother. Things may seem impossible to get through right now. But ending everything kills the possibility of things ever getting better. I have tried to end my life more than once and I got the help I needed. That was the best decision I’ve ever made. I am doing much better now. I still have some anxiety and anger issues but as the saying goes all good things take time. Hope this helps. I believe you can turn your life around. Much love.

Life is painful for sure because my life is full of suffering right now. Everyday feels like hell but my man we will get through it. We deserve to be happy, find a ways to reach out to people irl. Tbh if I was in your shoe, I would go abroad just to stay away from the people who gives me negative energies.
Seek help bruv! Talk to your family about it. It’s completely normal to join therapy too!

I think they don’t understand me. They think I don’t understand them. They blame me I blame them. We all are here for the first time. No one knows how exactly to live and treat others. This does not mean the end. We all want to be understood, we all want it. But sometimes we do not get what we want and when things do not go wright our senses go wrong. I mean in other direction. What if you give up and find yourself in more miserable place? Have we seen the other end? No! Let’s try to live and make a difference and do that what you want to be done to yourself. If you want to be understood try to understand others why are they behaving like that. Give it a try my friend. I am not saying all this because my life is going right. Nothing is right here too.. But I am trying and I hope everything one day will be right. For me for you and for all!
1) Exercise!
Twice a day. Simple half hour run in the morning or one hour walk is enough. You certainly may ask why. And my answer is:
1.1. It increases blood flow to your brain. Gives you more cognitive capability to understand and deal with situation.
1.2. You are not looking at youtube or doing something mindless at that moment. Meaning it has that entire half and our or one hour to meditate about the problem and potential solution. Walking alone without hearing any music is one easiest way to do meditation for simple people like us.
2. Take responsibility
Well, after 18, you are considered to be an adult. Take charge of your life. Damn, a deer has to run for it’s life one minute after it born. Why the heck we as human can’t lead our life even after sucking blood out of family and friends for 18 years. We can. We just overcomplicate things. Find a job that you can, and do it. Find a hobby that you like, spend time on it. Then exercise, have good sleep and eat well.
Anxiety comes from over complicating. Life is already hard, so don’t overcomplicate it. Just eat well, sleep well, exercise well, do your job well and spend time in your hobby. You should not need anyone else in this world except yourself to be happy. You are happy, then you give happiness to other people. That’s the purpose of life. Sucking happiness out of family and friends should bot be your goal. Be happy first then give it to family and friends.
If you are under 18, talk with your parents. It’s there job to teach you and provide comfortable environment to learn, till you are 18!
Hit the gym start exercising. A lot! If you cannot afford it start running, push ups etc…stay strong. Things will get better!
Probably millions like you go through this every year.
And you know what, only few of them make it through.
Make sure to be one of them, patience and confidence is the key…
The world is f*** real. Deal with the issues. It’s not easy to survive. You can’t quit.try to find happiness in yourself.
Brother, giving your life just because your close friends betrayed you or your parents doesn’t understand you is like giving away a mountain of gold for a penny. please stay strong, show them what you are capable of, focus on what you enjoy rather than what others expect from you. Mental Problems can be prevented but its a step by step process and it takes time. in 5 years you will not regret living trust me.
To be honest , I’m facing a similar hardship as you . Family members don’t even acknowledge your efforts . Lost all my friends . Career looks shit . Having not a single person beside you, who can listen to you kinda sucks . However , I still wake up everyfucking day and hope things will change . One mere moment is ample to change someone’s life course. Don’t give up brother. Regardless of the circumstances, having hope is everything.
Just think about how after some period of tine you will overcome this and get out if this this shit hole you are in . It can be as simple as trying to get phisically fit , trying to find a job , earning money and so on …
We are social animals you are eventually going to make great friends along the way , just for now try to keep your head straight and focous on improving yourself . Maybe learn some new skill , explore new hobbies … but you cannot keep thinking same stuff in your mind everyday. You will stop negetive thoughts to some extent even if you get one aspect of life right .
You know the phrase right? “Ek kaan bata sunney aarko kaan bata udauney”. If you don’t have a friend ekjana god lai best friend banauney in my context i did that aani it helped me pani. can you control when you can wake up? then wake up early.
can you control your body? exercise, take cold showers.
do you have any skills? capitalize. no? learn and capitalize.
don’t forget guided meditation atleast 5-10minutes.
you cannot control your friends, jo aaucha, aauna deu, jo janxa jana deu, jasle j vanxa vanna deu, focus on what you can control, don’t give attention for anything outside of your control.
