My macbook air was not working and i gave it to a shop near Tamrakar House called apple fixer nepal for repairing. He told me it takes some time to fix then i went to my hometown. First few weeks he told me it’s repairing but need more time. But now he closed his tiktok id and i went to visit his shop and someone told me he moved his shop and he is a con artist. Now when i call him on whatsapp he don’t pickup the phone nor he is replying on my message. H picked his call 3 weeks ago and told me he is in India to repair my laptop. Now i cannot see him active anywhere. Someone near his shop told me he moved the shop already. I have all the whatsapp message and audio record and the bill slip he gave me. What can I do on this situation please suggest.

You must be devasted. Learned the lesson in the hard way.
Now, go to the police and log the complain.
Go to NTC or NCELL to track his call for location. You need permission to do so. Research how you can do this.
Keep calm, god has a better plan for you
