Anybody has any idea about how Nepali students get admission in Delhi University colleges like SRCC, Hansraj, Miranda, etc to study BA Economics? What are the fees? Procedure? Is it through Indian embassy or? Is there grade requirements?

I know my cousin did his Bachelor degree from Hansraj college but that was like a really long time ago (2005-2008 tira ho ki)I remember my uncle saying “eti papad bele for him to get admitted there”. As far as i know, it was for his undergrad degree.
