So I ordered an earbud from daraz (Redmi buds 4 ) costing 7k but received Redmi buds 4 ACTIVE which costs only 3k. How can I get refund or exchange.

Well download Daraz mobile app and then in message you can click on the delivered item and there’s option of refund. Then you have to say why, you can post photos and say it is wrong product. It is then done. I’ve done refunds a few times.
