my lowest low was when i was in 9th grade. I was medically diagnosed with depression (mild). Took depression and sleeping pills for few months and stopped because my family was worried that i might get addicted. (those pills were kinda addiction huney type ko drugs) and my highest high is now i guess, almost recovered but suffering from social anxiety *smh*. I have become more mature, mentally strong and actually i have worked really hard and now i am self taught full stack developer. Only few people become fullstack developer of my level of skill at my age and i am very proud of myself 🙂
highest high was back in grade 10 when I scored good grades and thought the stars were aligning just for me. Lowest lows are yet to come. It gets lower with each passing day.
Highest high- I got my job which I had always dreamed of.
Lowest low- my track changed out of nowhere when I got encountered with some serious health issue, which almost killed me.
Highest high again- I am completely fine and even more grateful now. 🙂
Highest high: Cleared engineering by passing fluid mechanics and did it in four years. Seemed near impossible 6 months ago.
Lowest low: Breakup with the one who I loved the most. It still hurts 5 and half years later

highest high : when my work reached to lakh of people through Internet
lowest low : breakup and depression, assumed I was piece of shit. (learned a lot in the process, it was during lockdown) and This week. I might have to sacrifice my girlfriend. Lets see how repair goes.
Highest high : when I started earning all my myself
Lowest low : when I was sucidal and into deep depression
Lowest low: two semesters panel in engineering, got diagnosed with general anxiety disorder at the same time.
Recovered from it, passed new semesters after that. Still left with few backlogs but not a big deal.
Yet to get my highest high.
Each day passing is my new lowest low

Highest: Distinction in SLC 2066 B.S. Life peaked at this point.
Lowest: Don’t know. Everyday feels like the same.

Lowest Low (for now): Those first 3 years were absolute nightmares. Backlogs, weight loss ,lost GF, suffered mild depression (I guess that’s what it’s called) and it would be most difficult during Tihar, seeing lights and colors on the outside but that dark loneliness (i’d say) and thoughts inside…. .

4th year was good I passed on regular and cleared all my backs.

Highest high: If you ever saw a meme that says sth along the lines of “All I want is clean skin, flat stomach, 4.0 GPA, and money in the bank”, that was me during undergrad. No drama, just a peaceful life.
Lowest low: Last year, became too emotionally vulnerable and opened my heart out to a guy who I thought liked me but I was delusional af. It’s scary when you open up to someone you like and they do not reciprocate. Still recovering!

My lowest low was when I tried to unalienable my self by taking 8 depressions pills at one time. I was diagnosed with depression in 2017/18. I came from a disturbed family and a girlfriend who used to verbally abuse (basically used to try to control the way I used to speak). Family wise things have gone down., relationship wise, I broke up with that girl and found my self.. I became so happy with my self that I didn’t need any one else. That is the highest high.
Lowest low: 7th grade: typae lifestyle, fakery, anxiety, sadness
Highest high: 10th grade: Mind fuckingly amazing friends whom I am super grateful for, self-improvement peaked, clarity, friend, fun, security, confidence, happiness.
