Today’s hookup culture & STD’s

Since few months or so, there has been continuos post regarding STDs.
.
.

As alot of my friends including few of my close circle/cousins/acquaintances said they did have s3x with multiple person without using protection.
.
.

As per my current understanding of STDs it does get transmitted with having multiple physical relation without protection if i am correct?

The condition being the partner with whom we are being intimate is unsafe physical relationship.

So my POV is as we know till the age of marriage as of today's genZ perspective, on an average we do have 3 s3xual partners i guess.
.
.

'I said on average 3 but the stats may vary'.
.
.

So as few of STD's goes undiagnosed till few years or so.
.
.

'Again depending on the type of STDs the time period for showing the symptoms may vary.'
.
.

So to all those people out there who has been being physical with multiple partners without protection.

Have you ever thought about the future impact of your current deed on you?
.
.

And how plausible or necessary is it to get STD tested before having a sexual affair with your SO.

Is that even okay or it is too much to ask or discuss about both of partners getting tested before hand.

As in some cases we might even don't know ourselves we might have got STDs.
.
.

As the people we trusted for being intimate with may have STDs?
And it might have been undiagnosed for them as well.
.
.

So for people both in the love as well as arrange marriage scenario(senior and experienced) people do have your say on this regard.
.
.

PS: I would encourage the medical proffessional here at r/nepal to have your opinion on my understanding of STDs and explain it further.
.
.

And i would also encourage to lawyers at r/nepal to enlighten us about the prevalent laws in nepal regarding STDs and its transmission to other people.
.
.

And would like encourage each and everyone at r/nepal how are they managing their physical relationship.
.
.

And at last i would like to encourage the people who have been fighting with STDs to have their opinion on how they got it.

And what would they like to say to the genZ and people who have just started being intimate.(specially, for genZ like us in late teens and early 20's)
