Can Traffic Police fine or catch a rider for over speeding just based on the video?

Lately I’ve been seeing people on social media riding bikes more than 150km/h on ktm roads. (The speed limit is 50km/h). Can the traffic catch them based on those videos if someone complained against them? Ki on the spot matra catch garni ho over speeding rider haru lai?

  1. Yes, because speeding is a crime and posting a video about it is proving that the crime is done. Dumb example hola tara, police can catch or fine a person who is stealing if it is recorded in any CCTV footage, tesko laagi on-the-spot hunu pardaina.
