I have a global IME e-com card, virtual card (dollar card). I have some USD balance in there that I need to withdraw for some emergency use. Has anyone withdrawn it before? Thanks!
Please don’t recommend me to use PayPal/wise because it doesn’t work plus I don’t want to use up the $500 yearly limit.
