Bhid ma jana man nalagni, aru sanga teti bolna man nalagni/nasakni, kt vanesi gaand fatni(forever single)etc is normal but problem is I never feel confident about what i wear, bidesh bata pathako branded dress/shoes huda ne i cannot wear them and be confident in public.Dress pull up garna sakiraxaina vanni tension bato ma hidda ne body ne gym haru gayera thikai banaxu but i never feel confident about my appearance.Jati ramro mahango luga teti lagayera hidna garo lagxa.
I think like i dont care what others think but acually i do😂and do very much.Am i the only one or what? Or i am overthinking and this is normal.

Nobodies give a damn about how well you dress up how well built you are unless you are interatcing with thim. Sometimes i feel insecure and less confident but most of time jhau lagney k. Tyo hunxa ni small talks garxan manxe le to start the conversation, lastai jhau lagney. Like hai ratna park ma tyo bus chadna manxe haru khosa khoss garxan ni office time ma, ma kasam bhaneko 1 ghanta kurthiye k manxe ko bhid kaam hunxa ani ananda le bus chadney bhanera. Basically what you’re experiencing is Social Anxiety. Which is very common for introverts. Our upbringing also affects that part of our life.
I was Shy and insecure throughout my teenage I was so shy that I couldn’t even stare at girls directly into their eyes . I was super shy towards guests and neighbours as well. They used to call me ” lato” . In my late teens my dating life was a mess , lots of rejection, getting ignored , and being ghosted by the woman of my dreams . But in recent years Instead of living in stimulation I go outside and try to socialise with strangers . I try talking mainly to girl’s As they used to scare me the most . Basically ” I face what I fear the most ” .it’s normal to be inovert in some point in your life but as a men you must know how to communicate , convince and manipulate others . As humans, social interaction is essential to every aspect of our health.
I like being confident in formal event but feeling insecure in causal. 😆
Ma teenage huda ni yestei thiye. Not the same as you but yo insecure wala part ma chai yes. Aaile pani ma insecure ta chu but tyo bela ta ali besi nei thiye. Mero dating life khattam hunu ko main reason nei ma besi insecure hunu ho. Mero teenage time ma I missed so many dating oppurtunities because I was ekdumei Insecure. Malai afno looks, afno body, aru le k sochla yesto sab ko tanab lagthyo so ma date ma jum bhanera ni bhandina the tesei chat mei limit hunthyo. But now I have changed. Ajkal ali confidence badeko cha, majle conversations haru ni carry out garna sakchu. Main thing is overthink garnu hunna. Ma ni victim bhako ho overthinking ko timi ni na hau. J man cha bindass bhaera garna thala ali time ma everything will be ok.
