Hi bro, Nepal ma expensive cha, I wanted to give it a go but few years back i asked a friend and she said 1 hour ko 1000 rupees re. Ani have to do at least 3/4 sessions. Ani I didn’t felt like going cos money nai thiyena. Tyo Vanda ta yar baru go to the gym, go vipasanna or do meditation everyday or take up yoga teachers training for a month. (Halka expensive huncha but worth it). Psychologist can’t cure people they can only assist and support, ani they are also human and remember it is “work” for them too.
Nepal ma gako chiana tara while you do look for one- here are a few things you can try to see if it helps. First and foremost- what’s your diet like because this will be a huge factor to how you feel- drinking, smoking, junk foods, heavy oily greasy meals, only meat, porn, no fruits diet, etc. If you want to bring some changes keep a diary and eliminate a few things each time and see if that makes a difference. Also, do you ever venture out in the nature- like go do some grounding exercise outside of the city- chiso pani ma khutta rakhne, safa hawa khane, sitting under some trees can be naturally healing, etc. Bihana 3-5 bjae uthera breathing exercise and some light meditation to get through the day etc. While you may find it beneficial to talk to a therapist and my have to wait, take some initiative yourself. At the end of the day- you are your own hero. Also, ghar ko environment le ni mental health lai dherai affect garcha so if it’s a very toxic space- try if possible taking some breaks and go somewhere you find love and support. Hope this helps.
My personal experience:
Over dherai panic attack hun theyo, out of the blue without any reason Daar lagtheyo, Over dherai anxiety, Suicidal thoughts over dherai aune. Ani Self harm garey paxi relief huntheyo, Churot le afnai hath poltheyo cause tesle malai stress and anxiety relief huntheyo. Ek din rati dinner khayera Bahira bato ma rudai rudai duleko, tyo din chai blood aune gari self harm gareko theyo ,almost killed myself that night. Ani euta self-realization vayo “Wtf am I doing to myself??”, ghar ma sabai kura open up garey ani vholi ko din nai Check up garnu gaye. It turns out malai OCD( Obsessive-compulsive disorder) raixa. Dabai diyo, dabai khanu thaley and Oh my Lord, 1 week ma Improvement dekhiyo. Ahile dherai choti follow up session ma gaye sakey, I’m still on Medication, its been better, No anxiety, No suicidal thoughts.
Conclusion:
Mental State naramro xa, Dherai garo hunxa vhane check up garnu janus, it fukin Helps. You’ll get better. <3
