May be you have sinusitis . Take steam daily for at least 5 minutes a day and avoid having cold beverages or food . It might help. There’s also a method to clean your nose to remove blockage using lukewarm water and salt mixture . You can use 10 ml syringe tube for that( remove needle😂). I hope it helps
It could be deviated septum or any other complication i don’t know but if you are not using your nose to breathe and breathe through your mouth most of the time your nose will feel like it’s been stuffed meaning if you don’t use it it’ll stop working try breathing through your nose consciously and look at the results if it works for you then it works for you
