We all hear NRN and foreigners complaining about the river and we all too complain and blame the government. But instead of complaining or being looked down on, why not brainstorm some ideas come to a conclusion about the best one to manage the drainage problem, and present it to the government or publicize the idea? I know the Reddit community has the power to change things just look at GameStop stock on lockdown. Let’s do this Bir Nepalisss.
I will try my best here: I was thinking since all the houses are already connected we cannot uproot the entire system but what we can do is either on the drop zone we create a separate drainage lane along the river but with partition so they don’t mix up. Later we divert the lane to the drainage processing area and try ourify or create manure. It is just my primitive or over-ambitious idea but it could be a lucrative idea as well if we all pitch in. Happy Tihar everyone.

Your ideas and intentions are good. But a post on social apps wont do shit about it.

hi, so interesting that i stumbled upon your post about nepal’s drainage system because just yesterday i happen to hear a conversation between two nepali uncles who wanted to go back to nepal and contribute on bettering the environment there starting with the sewage/drainage system. i also just found this site, [https://healingwaters.org/how-do-developing-countries-get-clean-water/](https://healingwaters.org/how-do-developing-countries-get-clean-water/)
