Trade skills like plumber, electrician, carpenter pays really well. But it will take time to develp your name in the field.
Also IT infrastructure related jobs. Like basic nerwork maintenance, phone ePBX maintenance and ither corporate IT jobs. Very few people do those.
Canteens/small restaurant catered to white collar people for lunch in busy areas make a lot of money.
Surprisingly pani puri people make a whole bunch of money.

Besides programming, there are people doing translation jobs, seo, digital marketing, etc earning in lakhs from Nepal.
I think this has been getting more attention nowadays, but still in general most are not aware about the earning potential. Also, another benefit is — there is only 5% tax.
